In the past few months, I've come across information about "The Rainbow Bridge". Have any of you heard of it? I never did prior to stumbling across this info online. What a great concept. Those of us that believe in God believe there is a better place for us to go after we pass from this earth. The same holds true for our pets.
Wouldn't it be fantastic to see our loved ones and our pets again all in one amazing and peaceful place? A friend of mine recently lost her pet. We've all pretty much been down this path before. It's inevitable if we love and own pets. The fact is that pets just do not live as long as most of us and we all will have to endure this devastation at least once if not many times in our lives. It's a much nicer and easier way to think about the Rainbow Bridge when this happens. Whatever helps is a wonderful thing.
There are also other tributes that we can do to memorialize and give tribute to the love that your pet has given to you and/or your family throughout his/her life. You can set up and plant a tree or flowers, you can have a pet funeral or you can save the ashes in an urn. There are pet urns available and one in particular is called the
