Keep Your Cat From Being Bored

It’s very important to keep your cat from being bored when you’re not home and even when you are home and busy.  He/she needs to keep busy and get enough exercise during the day.  They do sleep about 16 hours in a 24 hour day, but keeping them busy is a good idea.

It keeps them not only active, but it helps to keep them from scratching the furniture.  You can buy cat scratching furniture for them to climb up and jump on.  You can buy scratching posts and toys that keep their hunting instincts up to par. 

There are little mice with catnip inside them that they can bat around the house.  You can get a cat dancer toy that they will adore and you will laugh for hours on end at their antics while playing!  They can sneak up on the little toy and throw it up in the air or you can get a toy that’s interactive.  One that you can play with them is always fun!  They’re great for kids playing with cats and kittens so that the child doesn’t get accidentally scratched while playing.  Toys are an excellent idea to train a kitten to play with a toy and not with a human’s hand.
